Facial exercising helps improve muscle tone in the face. It enhances flow of oxygen and circulation which increases skin elasticity. It may improve posture with the result of fewer headaches and less teeth grinding.
1. Tilt your head back until you can see the ceiling
2. Lift your lower lip over your upper lip as much as possible
3. While doing the second step, you should feel the jaw muscles near your ear
4. Rest in this position for 10 seconds
5. Release and repeat 12-15 times
