latest wellbeing trend. A study by the University of California Irvine has suggested that
skin-to-earth contact could have many potential benefits, including reduced inflammation and pain and increased blood flow. This is because the earth is loaded with electrons that have an
antioxidant effect. You have to spend at least 30 minutes barefoot to get the benefits 🌿
