Boost your immune system with deep breathing techniques

Did you know that some deep breathing techniques can boost your immune system?
As we are experiencing winter here in the Northern Hemisphere, the virus season, it feels important
to boost the immune system .
Eating well, sleeping enough and exercising moderately goes a long way.
But we can take it even further with deep breathing exercises .
I watched the @goop series and came across the Wim Hof method (check out on YouTube ).
Wim Hof is a Dutch guy also known as The Iceman. He is an extreme athlete known for his ability to withstand freezing temperatures.
He is apparently never sick and has even been injected with toxins which his body neutralised.
The Wim Hof method is a combination of breathing exercises, body exercises and cold baths or showers.
I’ve been trying it out for a few days now. At the end of my shower in the morning, I turn the water to ice cold for two minutes.
They say, that you won’t like it in the beginning but that you will start loving the cold showers.
Of course I’ve heard the health benefits of people doing the ice plunge and polar bear swimming clubs apparently you feel fantastic and refreshed afterwards . At this time I think I’m going to stick to my 2 minute cold shower and dearly hoping to fall in love with it soon. Brrr…
My question is, who is going to join me in this challenge?
