pigments in your eyes.
At the University of
California people aged 45-65 participated in a trial that found that those eating
28g (a handful) of goji
berries five days a week
for 90 days had an
improvement in the
protective pigments that
filter out blue light and
act as a sunscreen for
the eyes. Another group
took specific eye health
supplements, but their
levels of this protective
pigment remained
the same by the end
