A little reminder

As several people who I am close to have discovered malignant skin lesions. Here’s a little reminder to check your skin for suspicious changes and get a screening. Skin cancer is the fastest growing cancer type today and it can spread rapidly. New screening methods are being developed like a “bandaid” that you press on the suspected spot for sometime and then get it analyzed at the pharmacy. Another is being developed by Swedish university @kthuniversity , a device that can analyze the lesion in seconds. 

Always use sunscreen with planet friendly ingredients when spending time in the sunshine. Small studies show that taking vitamin C and E supplements may significantly increase the skin’s ability to stand up to UV rays.
