Sea me mask

Sea me mask for radiant , bright and clear skin

I often get the question, which is my favorite product. It’s a hard one to answer because I love all of them in a different way. But nothing gives me such radiant and clear skin as Sea me mask. It’s a real Cinderella mask. One of the reasons Sea me mask is one of my favorite products is because we added a whopping 5% Chlorella in the recipe which really makes a difference.
Chlorella is a single cell green algae that grows wild in fresh waters. It’s packed with nutrients so great in your smoothie but did you know that when applied topically, it works through the layers of skin. It battles free radicals, plumps the skin’s appearance, fights photo damage from over exposure to skin and reduces inflammation.
Chlorella is great for all types of skin, it balances oily skin, detoxifies acne prone skin, keeps moisture for dry skin and calms unwanted redness. It’s packed with antioxidants for healthy glowing skin.
Chlorella fights against aging, promotes skin elasticity and visibly firms skin. When dead and dying cells remain on the face we get a dull and gray complexion. With regular use of Sea me mask the Chlorella encourages new cell turnover to reveal brighter younger looking skin.
Sea me mask is also the best acne treatment I have tried. It reduces the breakouts and improves skin quality. The lipids in Chlorella kill the microorganisms that are the cause of breakouts. Additionally the fatty acids disrupt the pro inflammatory cytokine activity that leads to more breakouts.
To sum it up Chlorella detoxifies your skin, it moisturizes and refreshes dry skin, nourishes skin, slowing the aging process, promotes clear skin
Protect your face from harsh weather

Walking may be the simplest and most underrated form of exercise.
There is a lot of information out there about the positives of running and lifting weights, but the simple activity of walking can provide a whole host of benefits too.
Walking is simple, free, and nearly any able-bodied person can do it.
As well as burning calories, studies show that brisk walks may help to reduce the intake of high calorie snacks by half. Walking increases bone strength, every step counts. People who walk at least 1,5km a day have a higher bone density than those who don’t.
Walking is just as effective as running for fighting major diseases.
Regular brisk walking may help to maintain a healthy weight, prevent various conditions including heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, cancer, and stroke. Improves your cardiovascular fitness level, strengthens bones, muscles, and improves muscle endurance. May improve your mood, sleep, balance, and coordination. Builds up your immune system and reduces stress. Researchers found that walking for 30 minutes, 3 times a week for 3 months had the same mood boosting result as antidepressants.
As for myself, I have a dog who is a very fast walker, come rain or shine, I’m out there walking. I have noticed that my normal winter lows are not as bad since I got my dog Spencer. If it’s very cold or harsh weather I protect my face with All you need is me balm. Since it contains no water but let’s your skin breathe, it’s perfect for protecting the face. My best ideas and thinking also happen out there on the walks.
See you out there :)

Seaweed a powerhouse ingredient in skincare

Seaweed is not just healthy to eat with your sushi, it is also a powerhouse ingredient in skincare. Seaweed and other marine algae are rich in amino acids and antioxidants that help to fight the signs of aging and promote collagen. Because of the anti-inflammatory properties, seaweed can help calm down sensitive skin, while the essential fatty acids support the skin barrier.
As seaweed is nutritionally packed, it´s also great for the hair and scalp.
Soothing, hydrating, strengthens and adds shine to hair.
When you use Sea me mask on your face, neck and decolletage don’t forget your scalp and hair. You will look like a scary green monster for 20 minutes, but hey presto, emerge as a butterfly. Sea me mask has a whopping 5% chlorella compared to other skincare brands with 0,05% chlorella. Sea me mask is the real thing!

Holistic approach to beauty and wellness

Those who know me, know that I’m a big believer in a holistic approach to overall beauty and wellness. What we eat, how we move, what we apply to our skin and what we think is all connected. We have all probably heard about the fantastic benefits of meditation. I’ve tried doing it on my own, apps and websites with guided meditations. I stick with it for a few days but then... Now I’ve found something that works for me that I wanted to share. It still took discipline the first week, but now it’s a habit. YouTube 👍
I like the @thehonestguys for meditation and Suzanne Grace for breathing exercises and clearing your chakras. I have to say, I find myself with a more positive mind. Do you have a favorite meditation method you would like to share?

Antipollution means anti-aging

Antipollution = anti-aging
You may have heard the term antipollution being used more frequently about skincare and makeup over the past few years. But what does it actually mean? If you are living or working in a city you can’t help but notice the dust in the street coloring everything grey. You may not notice that the air smells bad if you breathe the polluted air every day. Then when you visit the countryside, the air smells so good you know that you have been in a polluted environment. What is this pollution doing to our skin? There is a great deal of interest in the subject and a lot of emerging scientific research is being done. Toxic air has been linked to premature aging, accelerating wrinkles and age spots. The small particles enter through our pores. If you are not in the city, it doesn’t help being nearby as the particles are spread by the wind. That’s why we see more and more antipollution products on the market. Traffic pollution is emerging as the single most toxic substance for our skin. We were delighted to hear that Algica, an algae that is one of the active ingredients in our Make my day cream has been cleared as an antipollution substance after clinical studies.
Algica, together with Vitamin E, also an antipollution protector in Make my day cream makes it an effective pollution shield.
