Difference between Face oil and serum

What is the difference between a face oil and a serum? A face oil is mainly intended to nourish, protect and moisture the skin. A serum has active ingredients with smaller molecules that also help the following creams to go deeper into the skin. Apply serum on clean slightly damp skin, maybe after a mist or toner. If you apply it on dry skin, it will just stay on the surface.
Our award winning Face it serum is formulated of the finest organic ingredients. You only need a few drops, Face it serum will spread itself. Makes it very cost effective.

Face it serum promotes cell renewal, stimulates new collagen production, improves skin tone, texture and pigmentation, reduces fine lines and wrinkles, restores elasticity, nourishing and revitalizing. Non-comedogenic for any type of skin.

In general, I use all products from True organic of Sweden and I am delighted. Plus Tina always writes these beautiful notes one finds in the order. Why use a serum

Maybe you are doing all the right things: cleansing, exfoliating, masking, moisturizing and spf’ing and your skin is still not glowing. A serum could be exactly what your skin needs. Serums are thinner than traditional moisturizers and contain higher concentrations of active ingredients. They absorb quickly, are soothing and nourishing for sensitive skin, hydrate skin, prevent scars and blemishes, minimize breakouts, protect your skin from free radicals, boost collagen and the ingredients in Face it serum are all anti inflammatory.
Start with Sea me mask and make sure you leave your skin damp after washing off the mask, so the serum can be absorbed deeply into your skin. Follow with a moisturizer like Make my day cream to seal in the serum. Our award winning Face it serum is high performing with pure organic oils.

Ps. right now we have a 50% discount on Sea me mask for a limited time

Humidity impact on skin

Be aware of the humidity changes in the climate because that has an impact on your skin’s needs. The colder the temperature, the dryer the air. This means that during cold weather the skin tends to loose moisture when it evaporates into the cold air. To prevent this moisture  loss it's important to use an oil, that locks in moist into the outer layers of the skin. When weather goes into spring, or warmer climate, the humidity levels increases in the air. This is why our skin feels less dry in warmer, more humid climates. Then adapt your routine to decrease the amount oil used. In daytime our soft Make My Day. This cream is excellent during sunnier times as the Algica in it acts as a uv filter. This one does the trick by itself, in warmer climate.
Many of you choose to use the cream during the day and the oil over night.
Just keep some attention to what your skin is telling you it needs and adapt the amount of oil contra cream according to what feels is giving you the most comfort. 💚

Glowing healthy skin naturally

Glowing healthy skin is not an overnight miracle.
It’s easy thinking that piling on all the makeup products in the world will help. To achieve natural radiance that makes your skin look healthy and flawless we need to treat our skin at its core and adopt good habits.

Always remove your makeup. Leaving it on clogs the pores which may cause blemishes. Your skin needs to breathe while it’s in repair mode. Double cleanse.

Apply sunscreen also in the winter that blocks UVA and UVB rays. A longtime exposure to the sun can cause wrinkles, age spots and more serious skin problems.

Eat fruits, vegetables, greens, protein and vitamins. Cut down on sugar

Exercise regularly to stimulate your blood circulation. If you don’t have time with anything else, take a brisk walk around the block. Notice the glow on your face.

Try to get at least 8 hours sleep

Make time for “me time” and try to avoid stress. Ever notice that you tend to break out more when you are stressed?

Drink water

Do a facial massage when you apply your cream. I mix Make my day cream with Face it serum. Making sure not to pull the skin.

Use gentle skincare products.

Use a face mask like Sea me mask twice a week. It really gives you a noticeable glow and is a true Cinderella mask. Packed with organic ingredients, chlorella and antioxidants that will really make a difference to your skin.

Remember beautiful skin is not a sprint it’s a marathon.

Face it serum- Super skin savior

Super skin savior
Serums absorb deeper into skin than moisturizers. With serums you get a high concentration of active ingredients. Serums are made of smaller molecules so they are able to penetrate skin quickly and deeply. Normally the largest ingredient of a moisturizer is aqua (water) so you can never get the super concentrated active ingredients you get with a serum. When you apply Face it serum, just a few drops is enough. The serum will spread itself. Remember to apply on damp skin.

Face it oil - beneficial on the skin

Oil blends, derived from plants, are amazingly beneficial for the skin and its microbiome system. The microbiome consists of essential organisms that take care of the skins surface, including bacteria. This is the body’s  first defense against anything that intrudes our body. An external immune system. By feeding this system with nourishing components in oils you are basically just reenforcing your body’s own, natural resilience towards external stress. Continuos usage of plant based oils leads to a happier microbiome and the result of that is glowing , moisturized, even skin. Avoid shower temperatures above 36°C to keep the natural microbiome alive. It might be benefical to fight skin conditions that depend on a balanced microbiome on the skin.

Stay well dear ones ✨
