Almost everyone has had sore and aching muscles at some time. It’s then easy to reach for the anti-inflammatory warming ointments that are marketed everywhere. They promise to relieve pain. But did you know that some of them contain the poisonous substance Diclofenac. Diclofenac causes a serious threat to fish, aquatic organisms, plants, and mammals. It’s also difficult to break down in wastewater treatment plants so there’s a risk it ends up polluting our waterways. The Swedish medical products agency (Läkemedelsverket) are proposing a ban on these and other products that harm the environment in retail outlets except pharmacies. In my opinion there should be a ban on products that harm the environment everywhere. Check the ingredients in your ointments or tablets and try to avoid using one that contains Diclofenac. Little did I know many years ago when I was frustrated that I couldn’t find an organic balm for my baby without alcohol, fragrance and synthetic ingredients that I would create All you need balm. It’s still feels humbly surreal that All you need is me balm has become such an international cult product loved by men, women, makeup artists, royalty, celebrities, parents and animal owners. I’m so grateful 😊 All you need is me balm is sometimes compared as the organic version of the “other hour” cream and vaseline, both based on petroleum. Honestly, I don’t understand why choose to put petroleum on your skin that then ends up doing further damage to the environment. .. Just some thoughts on a sunny ☀️ Sunday in the afternoon
Have you thought about a peeling facial treatment but the downtime with flaking skin puts you off? Regular use of the Sea me mask will give you similar results over time without the flaking. I always also add Sea me mask to my head for a scalp massage (best hair day ever) A tip is if you wake up with puffy under eyes, apply a thick dollop of Sea me mask as an under eye mask. Gently remove after 20 minutes with a wet cloth. Et voila, reduces puffiness significantly 👍
